ENTA—The Q&A covered the kind of prep work (e.g. hepatic toxicology, DDI studies) in addition to the phase-1 trial in healthy volunteers that will be needed to conduct a phase-2 trial of EDP-305 in NASH patients starting in 2018.

A phase-2 trial of EDP-305 in PBC (where there is less prep work to be done) will start in late 2017.
