Yes...I'd say the first guess. I asked Chad what's up with the number in NY and he said he had a LOT of friends up there whom he was able to get on board and start handling calls while he got the FL office going. HOWEVER, I'm guessing those friends are, like him, pretty well off and may be growing weary of all of the calls. So I could really sense the urgency in his voice to get his own office going. I think that he was able to sell his friends on his IR firm idea and the millions it could make for all of them through future deals...but let's face it, Chad is unique in that he's rich and has a work ethic like no other. I seriously doubt all of his NY friends have the same work ethic but DO have the same desire to make more $$$$!...LOL!

I believe Chad is serious about doing this and is getting things in order ASAP. Like I said....some of his decisions were a little off but if this was his plan it is freakin genious!

But we've all got friends on board to help us out one time or another...perhaps even wined and dined them....so I can't blame him for that.

All IMO only folks. But I think I'm starting to see the light!
