When numbers come out, will the Market SELL?
I think it's a possibility that is never discussed here. Why?
Because too many people on this message board want to use this forum to SELL stock to prospective Investors rather than discuss ALL the pros and cons of investing in ATWT.
OK, so let's just assume for now, that the Market will SELL ATWT on the news. Why?
Because very few of their products have actually been SOLD.
Sure, they have some distributors in place. But outside of some minor incentives by ONE insurance company, there is very little reason to buy any of their products.
Their products consist of just ANOTHER simple warning device that must be retrofitted to the vehicle. Many people are getting "sick" of warning devices, and will reject the idea as soon as it's presented. These units must be "SOLD" by a salesman at a particular distributor. These sales people have hundreds, maybe thousands of other products to sell. How much time do you think they will take to "SELL" a product that nobody really needs. Also, the vehicle will have to be taken out of service to be installed by the technician. NOT a great selling point.
The fact is, those who might make the decision to buy these gimmicks will just instruct their Drivers to check the bus for any remaining passengers before they leave. The most simple solution.
As far as their "Backup Alarms" are concerned, there are already tons of companies who control the Marketshare. These devices have been around for many years now, nothing new.
There are NO LAWS in place that require the use of a "kiddie" warning device type of product, and there is NO LAW EXPECTED TO BE PASSED SOON. This ain't on the same level of safety concern as, for example, a smoke detector.
Sure, YOU have sold YOURSELVES on the idea. Why?
Simple greed! You really don't care THAT much about some child getting left behind in a bus. What you really care about is making money off of other peoples FEAR!
And there is the main issue. YOU want people to buy a device that solves a problem that is almost non-existant. I'm not aware of any child that has died, or even been injured as a result of being left behind in a bus.
True, some foolish parents have left their children to die in a hot car. These avoidable accidental deaths have absolutely NOTHING to do with ATWT's products whatsoever. Some posters on this board have a morbid sense of DD for posting such articles, in a foolish attempt to link such sad events as another reason the PPS will soon go up. Using such articles to Pump a stock is the sickest form of greed.
You can't shame the Market into buying this stock, You can't trick the Market into buying this stock, and you can't Pump the stock enough on this message board to cause the Market to buy this stock.
Too many people on this Board have cried "wolf" too many times. Or should I say, they have cried "PR" too many times. It seems that many of YOU have been your own worst enemies. You have driven many in the Market away with your incessant pumping, misinformation, and outright lies.
The Market is not very forgiving of such things, as you will soon see by the continued Downtrend, and falling PPS.
There are only 2 main things that will bring in REAL INVESTORS to this stock.
1. A PR release that contains factually based numbers that show REAL sales, profits, and measureable progress of ATWT by a competant certified accounting firm.
Appearently they have the accounting firm. But the rest may take a long long time. Will they be crushed by the competition in the meantime. How many more shares will they have to issue in order to survive long enough to even make a profit?
2. The price per share drops low enough, for some in the Market, to take on the extra risk of owning stock in a tiny, unproven, and speculative pink sheet company, with an unproven, and limited product mix like ATWT.
YOU DECIDE WHICH COMES FIRST!
P.S. Did you ever think of what happens when one of ATWT's installed products FAILS, and an injury or death occurs as a result? Let me give you a hint! It starts with an "L" and ends with an "AWSUIT". Such an event could destroy the PPS, and possibly even the company itself, instantly! Now, talk amongst yourselves. I have no more alotted posts for today.
