Ok just talked to Paul from Marquee wow are we ever going to go big:
1st of all Marquee deals with Vista. and many other Private companies. To answer the naysayers about the new website. They just got the deal like 5 days ago and will be updating daily. They usually don't do penny stocks but because of the their ties to Vista they took on the deal. They are not compensated in stock and are doing the deal because of their good relationship with Vista.
2nd, The assets have been transferred 100%
3rd Share Structure:
800 mil a/s
500 mil o/s
300 mil is tied up for merger
of the 162 million shares are restricted
around 290-300 million shares short based on DTC sheets and X clearing
4th
Wessal has NOT started buying yet
Audited financials within 2 weeks time frame, and could be out any day at their command
5. There are no promotion groups on this so any emails, faxes by third parties are not the companies doings
6. The Marquee Rep I talked to (Paul) was very polite and easy going, he did mention that a lot of people he had talked to have been real jerks early on.
