If Chip was offered the job of IR or in discussions with the company for the last couple months maybe he just took advantage of this companys position by buying a large number of shares knowing that it was going up. Then when he officially got the job he sold knowing that he could not own or freely trade shares now that he is an insider? Maybe? Maybe not? or like I mentioned before maybe the excess shares are being offered as a peace offering to the mm's to help them cover there shorts and in return they won't interfere as much with the pps rise to the level needed for upgrade. We can speculate this all night but it comes down to - Do you beleive this is a company worth investing in or not. I for one will hold my shares and see what happens. - Bob
