Nader suggested that not all of the 300 would be necessary. That's how I interpreted it. But that was not an explicit FDA statement either. "Just enroll patients as fast as you can, then when the adjunct is finished, we can meet again to determine how to proceed next". That is a Nader quote as best as I remember.
