Yes you are correct, Mr. Hicks is a fine person, he bailed the company out when the company needed money? Oh wait was some of that money for eMD.com, now I can't continue down this line or I'll "toss" my lunch.

Does anyone know who introduced Hicks to Moses and got BSTI such a great deal with the convertible financing?
