IFUS CEO has no plans to report financials until they are worth reporting which is last biggest gripe investors have, but they are legally SEC non-reporting since 2009 under a new SEC rule for small public stocks.
Since 2010 (last reported SEC filing) we have seen no change in the AS (as shown on OTC reports), which means there must have been no share dilution to pay salaries or operating costs, or legal costs, which makes IFUS one of the most successful penny stocks in US History even with out financials.
No one needs to see financials to know there has been no change in the OS or AS in years. The stock trading history shows that IFUS has kept the doors open, product sales going ( I am still a blue line product customer... no problem getting orders filled), all with out share dilution!!!!
WE know IFUS succeeded in defeating the syth-lord SA, the ex-IFUS-SE director with a long history of bad stuff that hurt IFUS for 4 years, who is now history, now that the court cases have ended with an obvious win for IFUS and IFUS shareholders.
The key issue now, is once MW signs a million dollar live stock feed supply contract with a feed lot, it may be days before that news hits the PR wires and IFUS gaps up to a dime.
With such low volume and a stable 4 year average price of .006 average, it is going to be very difficult to accumulate a significant number of shares to profit from that run. I am locked and loaded, no worries here.
The CEO has not printed shares and used convertible debt to pay himself a wage. This is what is unheard of in OTC stock history.

I have been accumulating IFUS shares since 2009. I have my shares, but I am calling a buy on IFUS now. Time has run out and the ask is paper thin!!! While you buy some $5 share lots in paint jobs at the bid, it will now take ask slapping to get an volume of shares.
