Can you give me one example? Did Dimension win the motion they made seeking to be compensated for legal fees? I don't think so but maybe I need remedial reading courses or new glasses.

Anything else? My predictions certainly haven't been flawless but comparatively, yikes -- some other guys have set the bar pretty low. I'm actually surprised that Dimension did so poorly at the last hearing.
