Dimension unquestionably lost the motion to be reimbursed for the money they paid to their lawyers. It's 'alternative facts' to suggest otherwise.
If the costs award is actually nothing more than 6200 dollars or so, that's chickens feed. And a loss for Dimension.
If what has to be turned over to the arbitrator pending appeal is the VDK 2 code, it's a "victory" for Dimension from which they can't benefit.
