What homework could I possibly do that would change the fact that the motion for fees was dismissed and the award for other expenses was very limited?

Here's the webpage with the article. You will see there is no comment about delisting. You will also see all sorts of discussion about Dimension. But I get it -- he speaks for experts when he talks about Tmmi but he doesn't know what he's talking about when the subject is Dimension.
