I am not lying nor telling the Truth....
I am going on my own observations and opinion. The pictures do show a Plant in bad shape and may be why people are not talking about it because they are long. These are the kind of pictures I was hoping to see. To see what's really going on there. However the $20 million Holly Sugars Hereford refinery was constructed in 1964 so I'd imagine it to be in rough shape. I was wondering if at the time of the current pictures was the plant was operational? I see a walmart truck in the picture which has me concerned. I'm not sure if Wal-Mart leases their trucks out. If they do not why is Wal-Mart at RSPG? I am sure this is the RSPG plant. Holly Sugar used irrigation from the Ogallala Aquifer as well. As long as they pump water who cares what the outside looks like.

The port-a-potty may be used for workers who may be fixing the plant up.
