That is not accurate mnvestor... Although an S4 registration may be requried based upon the number of people in CVSU receiving shares.. it is not a prerequisite for the merger. They must file an 8K which they did.. then an 8K or 10K with consolidated audited financial statements, which they have not.

If you have some aspect of the 33 Act which requires the S4 before the merger can be effective.. I would like to see it. It is a long Act and it certainly is possible I missed it.

Of course if it were true, which I doubt, it would be terrible as an S4 could take 6 months to a year anyway to complete.
