The Obama Administration - IMO - in the situation of F and F at the point of the NWS used "eminent domain seizure" (my words) without the required associated payment

Does that make POTUS or SEC or Treasury a thief or thieves?

SCOTUS and all types of courts have over ruled the actions of congress or POTUS 1,000 ? times .... or 5,000 times

does that make them criminals ?

What I believe is said is that those actions of the GOV - were outside the law in the view of the court (which is what matters up to SCOTUS) --- in all of those say 5,000 cases

Where all those who put in place a system of segregation thieves and worse when the courts said segregation was deemed to be against the constitution ?

Did we throw every mayor and GOV in states with segregation in jail?

It makes OBAMA wrong IMO in his view of his actions and I wished and had hoped he was going to give us our company between the day of election and inauguration and he did not
