What you're saying all makes sense so why then would Tim ever consider doing a reverse split??? ...unless there was something in it for him? Without any filings or information we are all left to our thoughts as to why Tim does or doesn't do something. That sucks and the bottom line is that if he cared even a little about the shareholders he would at least be keeping us informed. The only reasons I see for his not keeping us informed is that the news isn't good or that he's simply not honest. If there were some brilliant plan to get rid of Hicks, I doubt a reverse split would be part of that.

Not bashing, just an observation. My investment has dwindled to a point where I'm still in just to see how this soap opera ends.
