Sure, its not by "year" and not by the last draw of the year, etc. but the spirit is the same.
Paid in full.
That's pretty close to what I came up with. It's not on a yearly basis like the bill calls for but is more realistic to an amortization of the draws and payments. Still does not include interest to Fannie Mae for overages paid.
