Sadly we take the best from less developed countries, that's been a feature of all Western nations for many years .. early on we took laborers because we needed them to build our infrastructure, now we take the most skilled .. one reason, it is cheaper than training them .. it perpetuates inequality and from that perspective it's understandable that Iran would like to keep him .. that doesn't excuse Iran not allowing him freedom of travel, yet Iran's restriction is more understandable than Trump's restrictions on travel which have created a worldwide furor today.
