It was a scam. It ran it's course. Then an ihub poster bought a bod seat and they went through the act of firing the CEO. Now they are on to the RS new company/ceo thing to attempt to convince the market that somethings better.
Sold the asset to another stinky pink (igex)after it makes a 1:12500 RS and SRSR will be doing a 1:20 RS disguised as a divi in the new pinky.
But that was done 4 months ago and finra has yet to let the 2 scams merge.
No info released for months but if you call the CEO he will stroke you and tell you "soon".
That's about it.
If they ever get the deal approved this stock will become a worthless shell. The new stock will be pumped as a "low floater" until the dilution gets reported.
IMO not worth the risk till after the RS and dump that the igex shareholders will make.
