You are quite optimistic about this puppy,,, which has steadily gone DOWN---and the current technicals say 88% SELL or lose more $$$$-

I had a 15M position which I dumped,, wrong time for this puppy and I needed a Tax write off for SPC* which I had some monster gains from .0015 and now ride free shares---

This puppy may have its day,, but I do not see it now---I don't bottom feed for 3 or 4 uptics---waste of precious time when I could be on the golf course---and it will be several months before this establishes a major turn and uptrend--JMHO
