While I'm as disappointed as the rest of you, what shareholders need right now is PROOF. This board has become an AA meeting with everyone blaming the bartender for their problems. Management got what it was after at our expense. This was not a win/win situation. Two years ago the word "fiduciary" entered the conversation. Now we need PROOF. The more PROOF the better. Anyone got PROOF? No one goes to jail for suspicion, at least, not in the USA.
