GNCP - A stock with allegedly 30 Billion shares "sold" into the market by insiders would be high liquid...Not illiquid!

An insider depositing/converting shares into electronic form does not mean those sold their shares. If shares were sold into the pump and dumps, there would be charges brought up against the principles long ago.
