Respectfully, I already responded earlier in full detail.

It was Nevada - Fabrizio tried to go incorporate in Utah- I had already apologized for the confusion.
I'm sure you're able to continue the state docket of the custodianship case. Apparently it ended in Jan- hence the new CEO named.
Let me know if you still need that court docket /case number -- I'm around
