Huge reverse merger deal confirmed already but this time- company already has two working deals LILELY providing MONTHLY revenues. Clean up work clearly in process and all one has to do is simply FOLLOW the Nevada case and see how that just ended in Jan 2017.

Fabrizio is history and so is his scam attorney. Adam is history too once they finalize the custodianship transfer of the returned 400mil shares. This is actually going to work out incredibly well for TRON shareholders who held out here hoping the deal would finalize.

As it turns out- we just may see that come into fruition very very soon here. First we need explanation filings and moved to current status. We see the start of that - and green light was given for reverse merger in play
