Thank you, thank you for spelling that out. I've been trying to say the same thing in far less words. Anybody paying attention to the numbers can see the shifting ratios. Unfortunately people just listen to ridiculous non-substantive, unsupported blather coming from seeking alpha and shorts with obvious ulterior intentions.

I wish one of the nay sayers would step up and support their position by challenging the numbers. Doubt they can do it.

This thing about "the more they sell, the more they lose" has been floating around here for a while now. It's a ridiculous generalization that doesn't account for improving revenues and reduction of costs, and improved debt restructuring. No business measures it's profit/loss on a per unit basis. I doubt McDonald's tries to understand its revenue/earnings ratios on a per Big Mac basis.
