In the stock market it's really easy to predict certain failure. Predicting huge success is really really hard.

Looking at a 60 year old arthritic man who weighs 125 pounds, I can assure you he won't be an NBA center.

In the same way predicting that Mannkind had no chance of huge sales has been really easy ever since the stock price was above 10.50 and I was on schwab's web site to short it the morning after approval.
