No it has nothing to do with CBQI that I can tell but I am not an attorney so that is up to when it is filed and the attorneys ... Unless CBQ is mentioned in the action it does not affect CBQ ... they gave fair consideration.

Also that stock is in an escrow account and is restricted and once registered falls under the rules of 144 & 145 and the provisions of the whatever in the market. Could be sometime before that stock is even available as far as I know not to mention other variables that could affect varios scenarios.

Can't comment on speculation really.
