Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and the agreement of the parties, Patent
Owner Voip-Pal.com, Inc. (“Voip-Pal”) hereby provides notice that it will conduct
a cross-examination deposition of Apple Inc.’s (“Apple”) declarant Dr. Henry
Houh.
The cross-examination deposition will take place in conjunction with the
deposition of Dr. Houh in IPR2016-01201. The deposition will start at 9 A.M. on
January 25, 2017 and shall continue at 9:00 A.M. on January 26, 2017, at the
offices of Erise IP, P.A., First National Bank Building, 6201 College Blvd., Suite
300, Overland Park, KS 66211, or at another date, time, and location agreed to
between counsel.
The deposition will be conducted via videoconference and taken before a
court reporter, notary public, or other person authorized by law to administer oaths.
The deposition will be recorded stenographically, via realtime, and by video.
