I've been on the same end as you are on a couple of occasions.

Both times I owned the stock in question and the pumpers used to make me crazy.

On one board Matt very smartly banned me and on the other one I sold the stock and stopped reading it.

If you are in the stock and are happy with your purchase just stop reading the board because it will make you crazy.

If you aren't in the stock and aren't thinking of buying it, for your own sanity, stop reading it.
