He Probably got a chitload of shares through Promo services that went on XKEM. Thats how XKEM has worked in the past and thats how the run from .015 to .11 came about and the subsequent demise to .025 where it is now. You would have thought XKEM would have held at least .04 after running to .11. Nope. Promo pumpers left and XKEM is left to the remaning dilution that didnt get evacuated during the promo pumps. How do i know this? 7 years experience trading OTC's.
Why is there such a long window for XKEM's success like 9-12 months? It would be over too soon and they can milk it for a long time before investors say ok...this is going nowhere. XKEM is a very confusing investment...the fact that they pay promo groups shares to push this stock makes me question things, but IF Nicosan actually does take off, it changes everything. That is 6-9 months away though.
Id still buy anything less than .02 for speculation purposes jic. But would be hesistant over .03.
XKEM history isnt one to be trusted. Ransoft The Pump Groups dont have to put disclaimer because most of the groups have been commpensated do not run websites, they are smaller message board and email pumping groups.
