I believe the first part of your prediction is plagiarized from my prediction and the second part is unlikely to happen. I dont recall seeing any motions on that date about damages, just costs and attorney fees.

I do think the attorney fees should be awarded but the chances are 50/50. In the high likelihood that Dimension refiles the abuse of process claim then MASSIVE damages are likely on the table along with more attorney fees and costs.
