dear Hiphop

As a investor in this company from abroad I was wondering if you could explain me the following ( also others ..please feel free to answer)

We now have NMKT shares .. say 50.000 for me
Now there will come spinn offs.. what will happen with the listing we have today ...will this be the MAJOR one.. underneath the spinn offs will report?
So f.e. when we get 3 spinn offs thay all report UNDER NMKT as we know now.. and the revenues there (in the 3 spinn offs) will be included together be the total revenue for this listing?
Therefore the listing NMKT as we know NOW will allways be the highest shareprice?
