A very good link to look at. I am asking a lot of questions and yes I have read that article several times and its not pretty.

That makes it seem they had an idea needed a shell merged with that NDFT to create a pump and dump.

Resembling a dish we know as scam-o-la.

But was it sounds sorta like ( from previous discussions ) WM approached by this company and said a bunch of stuff that the CEO was too green to understand? talked him into it , then poof they were gone?

Again not defending anyone or anything just trying to get information.
