Yeah Man almost all of the POS scams does that for sure because people who bought higher or way too expensive won't sell at lower prices ...... they only keep those bagholding stocks in hope of some fairytales stories that they'll become rich someday in their hypothetical world until they face another cycle of wash Rinse Repeat ....??
