The Form D stated that the minimum "buy in" was $300K, so they grabbed the minimum "offer", but that's just fine. Still at that $3.00/shr, confirming that the board/insiders agree that this is a great price and we will probably see more filings soon and then maybe some news on what its going to be used for. I think that since this is a significant material event, we should also see an 8K, when the $$$ goes to work!
