As PL explained at ASM: PPHM, its stock-transfer agent, and likely SEC will not be aware of those accumulated shares that you mention in your '801 and '812 posts if they are held off-shore by entities in those off-shore locations, and not reported.

That observation was made in connection with discussion of exercise of poison-pill.
