Maybe the SEC Nasdaq FBI DOJ will take things more seriously when they realize that some that have inside knowledge of warehousing and likely all intertwined with white collar crimes as such...that were working with the SEC..etc are being poached to work elsewhere and help the very same offenders avoid SEC investigations etc

Will Peregrine be found in these layers upon layers of intertwined warehousing schemes? Time will tell and would it the fiduciary duty of Peregrines BODs to alert Federal Authorities? YES and maybe they have already done so, so they are not pressed for not following their fiduciary duties
