I think it really depends on what happens next, for Rufus to be in the clear, that's why I think the 10k is imminent. That's why I think tomorrow.

You say that he may never file a 10k, but I think this whole thing is going to blow up, if we don't see SEC documents by Thursday at the lastest.

My gut tells me tomorrow.
