Well I would say partnership is next but if warehousing is happening "Warehousing is the process of accumulating shares in a company for the purpose of eventually acquiring the firm". Via 3rd party "parking" "Parking in stock trading is the practice of selling shares to another party with the understanding that the original owner will buy them back after a short time." Then this could be done by a BP for example Roche or Roche family

So if enough shares are purchased by this method and then a public partnership is inked then majority of shares will be in their hands if a buyout was to happen making the acquisition much less since they would already own a majority of the company/shares. Accumulating under the radar all along.
