You are right. The 10K has to show up soon. It was confirmed however that a reliable firm is working on it and I think it will show up soon. All sorts of news could be coming in future weeks. The thing holding back a real surge in SP is nothing really yet has happened regarding permits, orphan drug, 10K, 8K for new mine to start early Feb etc. etc etc. When the 10K shows it will start the ball rolling IMO.
