Even I wrote email to SEC about this issue. I recieved acknowledgment too. It was now almost three weeks and there is no response. If it would have been foul play by Rufus SEC would have replied or halted the stock by now otherwise they become the party to the fraud.

Therefore my conclusion is that this company is real and what Rufus is doing so far is real deal. You might have seen that Rufus is on offensive and if he would have not been sure about what he is doing he would have been gone silent if not out of the market.
