Great analysis there bluediamonds.. but with one teeny tiny flaw in your otherwise brilliant exercise in weighing the odds. You got the odds wrong.

Of these three possible scenarios.. Here are the actual odds.

1. This is a complete scam, $0 value per share - 100%
2. This is a real deal, $25 value per share - 0%
3. This is a mostly real deal but the value is lower, maybe $5 per share. - 0%

No poker player will play against those odds. Even the worst poker player will tell you.. if you got 2 pair showing by the time the dealer has dealt the river card and you're holding a 2 and a 3 and neither card improves the hand.. you don't call the bet..

This hand is a loser...
