No 1-2 times revenue is standard. Check comparable companies. And those multipliers are for well run profitable companies staffed for the mission of mfg. avid is bloated with pphm staff that negatively mpact a pure avid valuation. Do you really think pphm is mis-priced by 10x or more? For all this time now??
