I do know that SBDG , the parent shell is patching things back together. I believe their bankruptcy case has been discharged at court. This sort of company would be a nearly perfect company for SBDG to repeat their business strategy on and then to use it as a sales/promotional tool. Doubt they will do that for some reason.

regardless, I suspect it still remains a viable shell for a savvy investor to acquire and then to convert to a current, modern business model in the appropriate sector.
I continue to hang on to a small piece of this just for fun, like going to Vegas. It'll probably all turn into vapor, but it could turn into a chip I can use at the bar to buy a round for the entire floor.
