Agree, the float is the float is the float. There could be 5 Bil naked shorted shares out there (an exaggeration) and if the T/A shows the public float to be 200 Mil, it's still 200 Mil.

The company does not have to release shares. The float of LFWK was 200 million. Because most of the shares are owned by the early birds and the company does not mean they have to release any to move markets.
Get it straight, the public float is 200 million. It does matter that the company or insiders own it. They still qualify for the NASDAQ.
