A Form 10 would require disclosure, and status, of all pending legal matters. This would include:
The JSJ judgment for $737,000, that has been filed for collection in Arkansas; the Amityville case; the case filed by the author of "One of the Lucky Ones", Brenda Hancock; the TCA Global Master Fund case; the still pending photographer's lawsuit alleging breach of contract and copyright infringement. And likely other cases we don't yet know of.
When a company gets sued by practically all of the people it is doing business with, from suppliers of products, to vendors, to those it has borrowed money from, it is not a good sign.
How can those of you who believe in HHSE overlook the fact that almost everyone that HHSE does business with is currently suing them, or has sued them, for non-payment?
