the company cannot control the elevation of the shareprice. And declaring a dividend to a bunch of penny mentality shareholders is not going to run this thing. For example you may be excited about a dividend but I am not that stoked over them giving out some fraction of a penny per share as a divy. Besides they probably need to be fully reporting to be taken seriously first..
