It's hard to move a stock that has over Half a Billion shares in its O/S. It is like a huge overladen slow moving barge. Also, the volume here is only in the hundreds of thousands. It needs to be in the millions. The company should seriously consider a Reverse Split to get the price out of the penny stock realm, and therefore bringing it into the radar of investment money that won't even look at stocks trading under $5.00, and especially penny stocks trading under $1
