Actually, it does. Really!

Rustlers' Rooste at The Pointe South Mountain in Phoenix offers rattlesnake when it is "in season". Never figured out what that meant unless it specifies the time when their snake wrangler got drunk enough to actually go out and catch snakes <LOL> Anyway, I've dined on rattlers several times, they are good, and they do taste just like chicken.
