Mike: Your statement that news will be released before the end of the month seems quite defintite, as it lacks any qualifiers, such as 'probably,' 'most likely, etc. Since it appears that the JV has not been concluded yet, can you comment on why you believe the news will be released this month, and why further meetings, negotiations, approvals, etc. will not carry over into September or even beyond? Many thanks.
