current Mast stockholders will collectively own approximately 24%


I am not as against reverse mergers as most but doesn't that seem like a pretty high percentage for Mast? Granted I don't know much about Savara's prospects/financial condition (or how much cash MSTX had).

rtrx and synageva are a couple of reverse mergers that turned out well. I am hoping Ocera (Tranzyme) does too.
